The service

RoAuto Flow is a Chrome extension that helps you queue and run your own prompts and reference images in Google Flow, in your own browser and with your own Google account. It does not generate images or videos itself. It is operated by Doan Hoang Vu, an individual developer (sole proprietor) in Vietnam, trading as RoAuto Flow, and is independent of Google. Your responsibilities

• You need your own Google account with access to Flow, and you are responsible for following Google's terms and policies for Flow and for the content you create.
• Credits, models, limits and availability of Flow are decided by Google. Flow can change its pages, which may break the extension until it is updated. The extension may also be stopped by Flow if it detects unusual activity.
• Do not use the extension to create unlawful or harmful content, to overload Flow, or to resell access to the extension.

Plans and fair use

The Free plan allows 10 prompts per day on 1 device. Pro plans are fixed-length passes of 1 or 3 months that remove the daily limit and allow 2 devices. A safety cap of 2,000 prompts per day guards against automated abuse; normal use, even running all day, stays below it. Pro does not renew automatically. If a Pro pass ends, the account returns to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. A prompt that fails because of Flow or the extension is not counted against your limit.

Service interruptions

Flow can change its pages without notice, and the extension may stop working until we publish a fixed version. When that happens we show a notice inside the extension. If the interruption lasts more than a day, we extend active Pro plans by the length of the interruption, rounded up to whole days.

Payments

Payments are made by bank transfer in Vietnam, by card, or by USDT. Card orders are processed by an online reseller that is the merchant of record for that order: Paddle.com or Dodo Payments, as shown on the checkout page and on your receipt. The merchant of record runs the checkout, charges your card, collects any sales tax or VAT (card prices include it), handles billing questions and issues your receipt, and its own buyer terms apply to that payment. Bank transfer and USDT payments are received directly by the developer. The plan is activated on the account you signed in with, after the payment is received and matched to your order. Prices are shown on the pricing section and in the extension before you pay.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro payment, for any reason, whichever way you paid; each account can get this refund once, and it may be refused where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse. Problems on our side are refunded at any time. The refund policy has the details and explains how to ask.

No warranty

The extension is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that Flow will accept every request, that generations will succeed, or that results will meet your expectations. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current Pro pass.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the extension after a change means you accept it.
